netbeans no ejecuta

hola, acudo a alguno de vosotros para que me puedan ayudar con netbeans, ya que no puedo ejecutar en C (no sé de C++), y cuanod uso clean y biuld, solo limpia. he reinstalado tanto netbeans como msys y todo lo demás pero siempre pasa lo mismo, dejo una copia del erro que aparece al ejecutar cualquier programa. por favor ayudadme que con este programa tengo que hacer practicas para la U
