Boton enviar imagen css

Hola a todos!
Como puedo hacer que un input submit sea una imagen yo tengo una imagen y un hover para cuando pase el mouse arriba del boton cambia de color.
Mi codigo css es este:

Me muestra un borde y fondo gris en vez de mostrar la imagen que tengo.
Quien pueda ayudarme se los agradezco.

prueba con:
