Ayuda con header!!

Hola, tengo un problema con un archivo, y es que quiero que el header salga mas grande, por ejemplo de 930 x 250, y es que si cambio las medidas se cambia todo miren aqui esta el codigo, y logo.png es el logo del header, pero quiero un header mas grande sin que se cambie todo
