Problemas con PNG's

NO SE SI SEA EN ESTE FORO PERO SI NO, PIDO A UN MODERADOR LO PONGA EN EL INDICADO

Resulta que estoy tratando de aprovechar las ventajas de PNG sobre gif pero en el siempre problematico IE no respeta las transparencias por lo que puse un script que encontre por aqui para que las respete pero resulta que cuando la imagen no es muy alta (heigth) me la alarga, tengo estos scripts:

Perdon gente, ya encontre la solucion (CREO) quitando algo del script, lo dejo por si a alguien le sirve:

Cambie todo lo anterior por esto: (estas integradas las 2 partes)
