Si no contiene datos importantes, hazle un formateo a bajo nivel y luego crea de nuevo la partición con [URL="http://gparted.sourceforge.net/download.php"]GParted[/URL] ([URL="http://www.util-pc.com/manuales-de-software/Gestion-de-particiones-con-GParted-LiveCD"]manual del mismo[/URL]).
Luego solamente queda instalar el nuevo sistema operativo.
