al parecer ya hice que jalara la version 5.1.34 al menos ya me palomeo todo.. a continuacion anexo el archivo my.ini
y lo resolvi borrando del regedit todo lo que dijera mysql, obviamente fijandose en la ruta, que haga referencia a mysql, ya que hay programas como php y otros que incluye el mysql , esas hay que omitirlas, despues borre las carpetas de instalación, y en el antepenultimo paso del wizard seleccione la opcion donde dice que si desea accesar de manera remota al root y vuala jalo... se palomearon todas... probare que tal se desenvuelve esta version, y procedere a instalar la nueva version. ya les contare como me va..
