Maquina se reinicia.. pero muy raro que pase..

Problems & Suggestions
Problem Disk free space is only 8% on drive E:.

Y pues muy pero y muy esporadicamente se reinicia sola, a veces la dejo prendida toda la noche y no se reinicia, otras veces juego y me quedo en la PC haciendo trabajos por horas y no se reinicia, pero de vez en cuando se reinicia es muy raro pero pasa :s
Que podria ser?
Quizas sea actualizando la bios? pero no se como cuando voy a ASUS me descarga un archivo .bin y no se como utilizarlo :s alquien sabe? pense que quizas sea una imagen pero pues el nero no lo reconoce como imgaen :S
