Problemas Vbulletin |Mysql

Durante la instalacion de vbulletin , es capaz de conectarse a la base de datos eso es correcto pero me aparece un error:

Pero despues de esto , puedo completar la instalacion perfectamente , pero cuando intento acceder al foro me dice:

Entonces no se como solucionar ese problema que aparece en el class_core.php y creo que es es lo que ocasione que estas tablas de mysql esten mal
