No modificaste TODO, porque tenés un input asi:
<input type="hidden" name="redirect" value="http://www.todocarreras.com.ar/Gracias.htm">
y debería ser (por lo que dijiste de en donde está la página en cuestion) asi:
<input type="hidden" name="redirect" value="http://www.todocarreras.com.ar/secciones /Gracias.htm">
