Cuando ejecuto una página de asp.net en mi iis siempre me sale este error:

Yo pensaba que era el código fuente el problema, pero con páginas que no tienen código lo mismo de ese error. El iis anda bien porque lo pruebo con páginas ASP y anda bien.
¿Alguna idea?
