Ya tiene ese driver instalado tu maquina, si lo tienes podrias intentar con DNS de sistema.

Set Conexion = Server.CreateObject( "ADODB.Connection" )
Conexion.Open "NAME_BASE"

Posiblemente no tienes el driver por eso no puedes conectarte..
