No tiene autorización para ver esta página

hola, mi problema esta que tengo mi sitio en el wwwroot esta en asp, por si acaso lo tengo creado en IIS aunque no sea necesario porque no esta en asp.net, mis compañeros y yo estamos en red y ellos al digitar desde su snavegador:

//mimaquina/elproyecto

le sale este error:
