he subido la Web al servidor, y no tengo ni idea porque me sale este error:

Se tiene que hacer algo distinto al subir la Web en el servidor de como se hacia con la v.1 de ASP.NET? Hast ahora sólo programaba con asp.net 2003, pero para Web ya he cambiado y utilizo Visual WEb dEveloper 2005.
