Solo Me Falta Un 1 Dia Sobre Mi Ultima Ayuda Sobre El Sudoku!!

Hola pues solo me falta el ultimo retoque para acabar y entregar el martes el sudoku terminado y es que el 9 se repite y ayer me pase casi todo el dia intentando hacerlo pero no hay manera se repite el numero aqui os dejo mi codigo haver si alguien me puede ayudar dandome ideas o solucionarme el problema y acabar porfin el sudoku,gracias a todos
