yo me registre por segpay a un site, elos me indicaron que mi tarjeta de credito habia sido rechazada
Pero ellos habian cargado 30 dolares a mi cuenta.
Ahora tengo un problema con VISA intentando anular este cargo.
Te sugiero que intentes con otro sistema como CCBILL, IBILL O NORCCHIO

I dont recommend it.
i signed by segpay to a site, the told me that my credit card was declined.
When i reviewed my crdit card account , i had a charge for $30.00 usd.
Actually , i have a problem with VISA for reject this charge.
Try another credit card processor like Norcchio, CCBILL OR ibILL |
