Hi,

I would like to know what can i do to get an answer to my emails, because i´ve been waiting 2 months for my refunds and i dont get any response.

To get an idea of my problem i will explain the history of my service:

February 12.- (about 2 pm mexico time) I order an Unlimited-Linux package and i pay for 30 months (1190.80 USD), with the same order i pay for the PromoPack (129.95 USD)

February 12.- (about 11 pm) After using the service it wasnt what i was looking for so i cancelled using the form in your website and i get a confirmation email, so i contact your support team and tell me to write to [email protected] to get my money back (according to your advertising you have ANYTIME Money Back Guarantee!)

February 13.- I wrote to [email protected], but i never get an answer to my email

February 21 .- I wrote to sales, refund and admin, but again i never get an answer

February 27 .- Finally after sending some more email i get an answer from admin, with the following information: "I have forwarded this issue to the head of our refund department for review. He should be able to get back to you regarding the status of your refund."

After receiving that email no one contact me about my refund, so last week i contact the billing support department by phone and the person who help me told me that he will send me and email with all the information regarding my refund but Im still waiting for that email.

Its been more than 2 months and i dont get clear answer about my refund and of course i dont have my money back to my AMEX card (ending in 002), so i need to know what can i do, because i cant wait any longer.

Im also checking with the some Consumer protection Agencies, to lear how to get my money back in case i dont have a solution to my problem.

I hope to get an answer as soon as possible.
