Prueba esto a ver si solucionas el problema:
Dia=Day(Date)
Mes=Month(Date)
Anio=Year(Date)
Fecha_actual=Dia&"/"&Mes&"/"&Anio
Fecha_actual=CDate(Fecha_actual)
