Problema con ClickOnce

Hola a todos

hice el publish de mi aplicacion (Windows Applicartion) en una carpeta de mi red local.

Cuando intento ejecutar la instalacion me aparece un popup con el mensaje "Cannot continue. The aplication is improperly formatted

Clickando de el boton Details , veo el log, y aparece esto

+ Deployment manifest requires that you specify a publisher and a product.

Alguien tuvo este problema o tiene una idea qué debo hacer para solucionarlo?
