Los dominios .cl se registran en la siguiente web <a href='ir.asp?http://www.nic.cl/' target='_blank'>http://www.nic.cl/...</a> y respecto al hosting tendrás que ponerte en contacto con alguna empresa de hosting de pago, saludos!!!
