Problemas Proftpd

Hola, tengo el proftpd instalado y configurado de la siguiente manera:

Bien cuando inicio el servicio me arranca bien:

Stopping ftp server: proftpd.
Starting ftp server: proftpd.
Y el servicio se puede ver que está corriendo:

Sin embargo al intentar conectar me sale esto:

¿Alguien sabe que puede estar pasando? Tengo algo incompatible en el .conf?
