error en la instalacion de sql server 2005

Hola:
Estoy instalando SQL server 2000 en una computadora con windows 2003 SP2 y al ejecutar la instalación me muestra la ventana de inicio de instalacion y selecciono la opción Componentes de SQL Server 2000, despues muestra las siguientes opciones y selecciono la de Instalar Servidor de Bases de Datos y dspues de esto no hace nada. Yo pense que era por la version de SQL y consegui la 2005 pero al tratar de instalar ésta, me mustra el siguiente mensaje: "SQL Server Setup unexpectedly failed. For more information, review the setup summary log file in %ProgramFiles%\Microsoft SQL Server\90\Setup Bootstrap\LOG\Summary.txt", ya lei este archivo y contiene lo siguiente:

Pense que tenia que instalar el Service pack de Windows y ya lo instale pero sigo en la misma situacion.
