The issue is that the MySQL query that is grabbing all these news articles and feed data is simply too large of a query or is resulting in a data set that is too large and thus running MySQL out of memory. Before this occurs MySQL is killing the query due to it's size. You'll need to ensure that the query is limited so that it does not return this much data as it currently does or do this transaction in queries which are split up to get all the data you need.
