Please kindly note that your abuse is for too much CPU usage.
As your account is being hosted on the same server along with other accounts, your account's resources are being shared with the other account's resources.
If your application is consuming too much CPU, you are endangering the server overall performance, therefore your preventing other accounts to work normally.
In this case a very good solution for you is to purchase a VPS Elite Type, or Dedicated server. A detailed information can be found here:
