Hola amigos despues de buscar el php.ini solo encontre dos archivos:
-php.ini-recommended.
-php.ini-dist.
En el php.ini-recommended he mirado y lo unico que he encontrado acerca de las Notices es esto:

He copiado la parte donde aparece algo relacionado con las notices pero no se si es aqui donde debo configurar esta opcion y si es aqui no se como hacerlo,a ver si podeis sacarme del pozo
