Error

Hola como estan,

La verdad no se porque nadie responde a mis preguntas... :(

Pero bueno todavia sigo confiando en ustedes.

Mi duda es la siguiente tengo una aplicacion en ASP.NET 2.0 y cuando la ejecuto en el IIS me funciona lo mismo cuando la ejecuto desde el VS 2005, pero la subi al servidor donde tengo mis aplicaciones y me sale este error.

Ojala alguien me ayude por lo menos una vez.
