para que no nos andemos por las nubes, voy a poner el codigo de la tabla y me decis donde esta el problema (tener en cuanta que asi se veria bien el problema viene cuando quiero hacer mas extenso el texto de la columna central, es entonces cuando se me alarga todas las celdas del menu de la izquierda y todo lo de arriba tambien) (por cierto, no es una simple tabla de tres columnas como os dije al principio, pero para lo que os quiero dar a entender da igual).

<p class="textocomun"><span class="unnamed1negrita">¿Que es Precomar?</span><br>
<br>
Precomar es una asociación sin animo de lucro fundad en el año
1993 en la localidad de Parla (Madrid) España, por un grupo de
Jovenes que por sus conocimientos y por sus inquietudes decidieron fundarla
para ayuda a personas necesitadas.<br>
<br>
En sus comienzos empezo trabajando con niños y jovenes en el campo
de la prevención de drogas y alcoholismo dentro del municipio y
posteriormente toda la Comunidad de Madrid.<br>
<br>
Dentro de este trabajo y al hacerlo mas extensibles nos fuimos especializando
en el campo de lo Judicial, ya que casi todos los jovenes con los que
trabajabamos por diferentes motivos tenian problemas con la justicia y
es a partir de ahi cuando tomamos contacto con el trabajo con internos
de prisiones de toda la Comunidad de Madrid y posteriormente del resto
de España.<br>
<br>
Nuestro trabajo es compensado por el gran numero de resultados resueltos
durante estos años por lo que podriamos decir que somos una de
las entidades de toda España especializada en resolver asuntos
con la justicia de forma sastifactoria y por ello es reconocido publicamente
nuestro trabajo en diferentes medios y en el municipio de Parla con la
entrega de una placa por Ayuntamiento de Parla.</p>
