CHMOD como funciona y como le hago trabajar me dicen que haga esto:
Also create a directory within the COUNTER directory called 'locks' (no quotes). Once you have done that, you need to finish off by doing the following:
CHMOD the COUNTER directory to 777.
CHMOD the locks directory to 777.
CHMOD all.php to 777.
CHMOD clf
