Problema con el archivo HOSTS de XP

hola, gente les comento que tengo un inconveniente con el archivo hosts resulta que yo tengo una ip fija y una pagina alojada en esa direccion he editado el archivo hosts para que cuando desde mi explorador me redireccione a la ip fija que tengo,
ejemplo:

buneo lo que quiero es que cuando en mi explorador yo ponga www.blablabla.com me redireccione a la pagina que tengo en el hosting 200.43.87.45 , no se si estoy haciendo algo mal.!! o me falta algo pero no logro que me redireccione
