Note: After upgrading VirtualBox it is recommended to upgrade the guest additions as well.
Todo depende del sistema operativo que tenes instalado, donde vas acorrer tu maquina.
Por ejemplo si tenes windows XP 32 Bits, debes bajarte la primer opcion para procesadores x86 o sea 32 bits.
