Y si sólo querías cambiar el tamaño de las imágenes, con MOGRIFY es más sencillo. En vez de esto:

convert $i -resize 350x350 $i
Podías haber hecho esto:
Cita: mogrify -resize 350x350 *.jpg
Por otra parte, ¿para qué haces los respaldos si los borras inmediatamente?
Y ya para rizar el rizo... la nota de licencia es incorrecta. Por ejemplo, no especificas qué versión de la licencia es aplicable. Un ejemplo de nota de licencia
