Que tal Buen dia, tengo el siguiente problema
Debo realizar una consulta de este tipo:

el problema es q necesesito q me muestre en forma de tabla los siguientes datos:

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxx
Cliente 2: xxxxxxxx

y asi sucesivamente con todos los clientes .
