problemas de validacion

Hola que tal la verdad ni se mucho de diseño y estoy haciendo una pagina en dreamweaver pero al momento de validarla me salen muchos errores que no se como arreglarlos son los siguientes:

jeje Se nota que no se nada de esto vdd???

Espero alguien me pueda auxiliar con esto
tambien al subirla no se ven las peliculas de flash no se si tenga algo que ver lo anterior
de antemano les agradezco a quien me pueda ayudar.
