mi laptoop ya no enciende!!! helpme!!!

Hola amigos,
Yo tengo una Packard Bell Mx45, no funcionaba bien y le instale nuevamente el Windows XP Home Edition, y le puse formatear rapido, instalo todo y cuando reinicio, murio...aparece el cartel de Packard Bell y queda ahi. Lei un monton de foros, presiono F2 al iniciar, intenta iniciar el Bios, pero queda por la mitad, no me permite entrar a nada mas, aparece la sig. informacion:

Y ahi termina, vi en otros foros q continua y pide presionar F1 o Esc,
Lo mio queda ahi, solo me permite presionar Esc y pone "Boot Selection Popup menu has been selected" pero sigue todo en el mismo lugar
Alguien me podria ayudar???
Es mi primera vez en un Foro, ni siquiera se si alguien lo vera, pero necesito solucionarlo y ya no se mas que hacer.
