problema facil rapido y sencillo jejeje
por que no as corregido los estilos???

aparte que estas duplicando con una hoja de estilos y luego los incorporas en la misma pagina... elimina los que estan incorporados creo que solo allí vi el error y estos tienen prioridad a la hoja de estilos que colocaste
?¿ soy yo o quitaste los flash no veo ninguno... mencionas que en IE se ve correcto ? yo lo veo igual con el mismo error
