Modificar pantalla principal php nuke

Que tal, estoy queriendo hacer una comunidad con php nuke que se me hace muy completo y hay voy poco a poco, modificando el color de texto y metiendo algunas imagenes y cosas asi, pero lo que no encuentro es como modificar el texto de la pagina principal de php nuke que tre esto:

Espero que alguien me diga donde modifoco esto o como lo hago.
