te refieres cuando en el post dice: publicado (fecha) - (x) Comentarios?
bueno, ve a la opcion APARIENCIA > EDITOR >SINGLE.PHP y elimina la linea donde la plantilla muestra la fecha y la cantidad de comentarios.
Asi de simple :D
