Será ... "Aquí no se apoya falsificar encuestas", porque es un acto ilegal.
En las normas no se menciona ni una sola vez la palabra Hack.
Crackers, piratas, spammers, etc., son cosas muy diferentes.
Un Hacker es algo muy diferente, aunque muchos no sepan la diferencia.
