Porque no me muestra el valor del campo.

Me sale esto <?$notis[DirePiso]?> en campo input.

Abrir la base de datos la abre bien, ya que primero hay un while listado los diversos clientes. Al clikear sobre el enlace tendria que mostrar los valores de los campos pero nuestra el código.
