Problema con datos del hosting gratuito

Hola forerosestoy empezando con joomja y me he creado un hosting gratuito en Free Web Hosting, con un subdominio.

Hasta ahí bien pero cuando me dice los datos de mi cuenta me dice:

FTP SERVER /HOST EU5.ORG

FTP LOGIN / USERNAME

FTP PASS CASAS

ok

pero en los datos de Mysql me dice lo siguiente:

You will get a limited number of free databases per account. But you can create other accounts and get as many free databases as you want.

ATTENTION!!! MySQL databases must be activated @ Account Manager >> Hit Create DB button.

MySQL HostName is localhost only. We don't allow external connections.

phpMyAdmin is located at http://eu5org.freewebhostingarea.com/pma/. Log in using MySQL username.

PhpMyAdmin (PMA) is a tool that will help you to administer your database. You don't have privileges to create a database with PMA because, as said before, databases must be created @ Account Manager using Create DB button.



En el videotutorial que sigo si aparecen mas datos.

Si alguien me puede echar un cable se lo agradecería.
