hola asi llamaria al cristalreport y lo mostraria al cristalreportviewer
esto yrya en el load del formulario donde agregaste el crystalreportviewer
dim rep as new cristalreport1
me.crystalreportviewer.reportsource=rep
y luego en el boton para mostrar el reporte
mandas a llamar a el formulario donde esta el crystalreportviewer
