ayuda con netbeans

Hola a todos, estoy realizando una aplicacion web con netbeans y hoy cuando he abierto el netbeans se me ha quedado pillado y no consigue arrancar el proyecto ,ni abrir el proyecto, ni cerrarlo(ni cerrar la aplicacion), la unico que me deja es minimizar el ide.¿ Que me aconsejais hacer? espero vuestra ayuda.

Tras cerrarlo con el administrador de tarea y volver abrirlo me ha salido lo siguiente:

if another session of the program is running with the same user directory, please click cancel to prevent the corruption of the user directory. if you are sure that no other instances of the program are running with you user directory,click ok to continue.

que me aconsejais hacer para solucionarlo?soy novata en esto
