menu basico web

Muchas gracias, ignoraba estas paginas pero mycssmenu me fue de utilidad. Después de arreglarlo un poco (y aunque algunas cosas no las entiendo, soy capaz de modificar un poco el menu que quiero), la pregunta ahora es, al hacer click en el menu, para que la web haga algo, o vaya a otra página, ese código se pone en un evento on click? o como se hace? ¿?

Seguro que de este codigo que me ha generado, hay cosas q no sirven de nada (algunas ya las he quitado). dejo un par de dudas
