Hostgator suspencio mi web

hola amigos lo que pasa es que hostgator suspendio temporalmente el servicio de mi web argumentado lo siguiente:

I apologize, but I was forced to suspend the directory "/home/usuario/public_html/" as the sheer number of requests overloaded Apache causing issues for the rest of the sites on the server. Please be aware that this is not a CPU issue, but a traffic issue. The traffic incoming to this domain is causing Apache to become overloaded with requests, causing other sites on this server to load very slow, and the load to climb on the server.

Unfortunately I do not have any specific recommendations, however, in general, you would need to find a way to lower the amount of requests for this domain. We do not believe this to be an attack, as the traffic patterns do not suggest an attack.

This might also be the right time to upgrade your account to a VPS or a dedicated solution, as your site may have simply outgrown our shared environment.

e modificado el sitio para hacerlo lo mas rapido posible, tengo un sistema de cache y gzip para archivos css,js y php

me recomiendan que me pase a un VPS sera? tengo alrededor de 5,000 visitas unicas, no se me hacen muchas como para comprar otro tipo de hosting, que me recomiendan?, o algun otro hosting?
