Mi pc tiene un error.

Tengo un dell inspiron, sistema operativo windows 7 no se los datos que necesiten preguntenmelos, no se mucho de informatica pero necesito ayuda.

El error dice esto:

Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause. To fix the problem:

1. Insert your windows installation disc and restart your computer.
2.Choose your lenguage settings, and then click "next"
3. Click "Repair your computer"

Pero el problema esta en que mi pc no tiene entrada de cd, que hago? cuando lo enciendo tambien dice
f2 Setup
f12 boot options

si alguien me puede ayudar por msn o algo
