Cambiar de proveedor no ayudará mucho el código malicioso está en tus webs, verificaste los .htaccess como te sugerí? también deberías verificiar los accesos ftp y las fechas de modificación de los archivos esto te dará pistas de cuales pueden estar infectados, por experiencia estos ataques en su mayoria tienen su origen en la pc del usuario, una vez que logres limpiar los archivos debes cambiar los password ftp y usar FTP seguro, ademas de asgurarte que ninguno de los usuarios con acceso FTP este infectado
