vista de relacion en phpmyadmin no sale

buenas saben estoy usando phpmyadmin 3.3.9 de el programa wampserver y cuando lo abro no me sale vista de relacion en phpmyadmin ya intente esto:

$cfg[’Servers’][$i][’pmadb’] = ‘phpmyadmin’;
A continuación buscamos la línea

$cfg[’Servers’][$i][’relation’]

y la dejamos de la siguiente manera:$cfg[’Servers’][$i][’relation’] = ‘pma_relation’;

Bueno fijense en mi archivo config.inc a ver si puse algo mal y me avisan gracias:
