Replicacion Master - Slave

Tengo mi servidor Master en Windows XP.

MySQL 5.5:

Configure el archivo my.ini

log-bin=mysql-bin
server-id = 1
binlog-do-db=base_dedatos
replicate-do-db=base_de_datos
innodb_flush_logs_at_trx_commit=1
sync-binlog=1

Le di a un usuario el

GRANT REPLICATION SLAVE ON *.* TO 'user'@'%' INDENTIFIED BY 'contraseña'

y en el esclavo configure el my.cnf asi:

[mysqld]
skip-innodb
server-id=1311086509

Configure un usuario con los mismos datos que en el master.. user, contraseña y le di tambien todos los priveligios etc por las dudas.

Y la replicacion parece no funcionar, este es el SHOW SLAVE STATUS:

Como veran la opcion: Slave_IO_Running: No esta en no, y deberia estar en YES.

Alguna idea de como arreglarlo???
