COALESCE Error de Sintaxis

Hola estoy SQL-SERVER 2005 soy novatos en esto
pero ejecuto esto y me muestra un error de sintaxis y no se que esta mal

si me pudieran ayudar con esto!! por favor

ERROR DE SINTAXIS:
Line 53: Msg 102, Level 15, State 1:
Sintaxis incorrecta cerca de ')'.



EJEMPLO:

SELECT id,COALESCE(hourly_wage) AS test1 FROM
[dbo].[tblwagesTest]
