Error al ejecutar Emulador

Hola.
Hace 2 semanas me fuí de vacaciones y hoy a la vuelta, al intentar ejecutar un proyecto en eclipse y motodev, no me abre el emulador y me da estos errores:

He intentado ejecutar anteriores proyectos y tampoco.
Entonces he intentado ejecutarlo desde linea de comandos (cmd) y me da este error:
