Si calculas, verás que el título no representa, ni mucho menos, el 80% de los "puntos" de una página.
Creo que lo más imporante es el texto visible por el usuario. Hacer una web lo más estandar y accesible posible. No hay mejor truco que ese.
Además, se refiere a la etiqueta <title>, no a un meta tag title (<meta name="title" value="lo que sea">).
